QC STAFF

Job Descriptions:

1. Analysis & Planning:

  • Receive and distribute samples to the operators, external centers and update analysis results;
  • Approve material analysis result, manually create material case and add or remove analysis items on Labware;
  • Input product analysis result on BPMS;
  • Arrange manpower to ensure releasing analysis result timely;
  • Inspect analysis result of test samples and release to related units;
  • Receive sample, arrange analysis and release result for OEM products;
  • Control outsourcing analysis fee monthly and make payment request;
  • Handle abnormal analysis result as well as report to the superiors and related units.

2. Standard sample control:

  • Control standard sample of raw materials and products
  • Periodically update new samples;
  • Deliver samples to the relevant department to select a new calibrator in case the existing ones are out of date.

3. Develop new analysis methods:

  • Execute test to develop new analysis methods;
  • Update existing methods following superior’s instruction;
  • Periodically compose and revise current guidelines and SOPs;

4. Others:

  • Coordinate with related units to support for sampling, analysis activities;
  • Execute analysis methods training for new operators;
  • Propose OE, OC idea for QC section;
  • Evaluate operators’s performance and analysis tool internal validation yearly.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Food Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or Organic/ Inorganic Chemistry or related majors;
2. Fluent English (4 skills);
3. Proficient in MS Offices;
4. Be familiar with Labware/ BPMS Application;
5. Strong sensory, physical chemical and micro-organism analysis skills;
6. Effective co-operating, compliance and self-developing skills;
7. Be creative and careful.
